APPOINTMENT CLINICS –
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time. This enables you to fill in your registration form before your appointment time starts.
Please give yourself plenty of time to find the location of your appointment and to find parking. Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust has plenty of parking locations but may be in high demand during peak times of the day.
If you are more than 5 minutes late, please be aware you may not be seen. If you are aware that you may be late, please call 01722 425120 so we can inform the nurse or doctor. The doctor or nurse that you are booked to see will make the final decision as to whether you can be seen.
