We put several helpful tips on the sample collection instructions to advise you on the best way to collect your sample and we also include three lancets so you can try a different finger if you’re struggling to collect a sample. If you are still struggling to collect a sample we can issue another kit should you want to attempt a second time.

We’re aware that collecting a finger-prick blood sample can be challenging and for some people this is not achievable, in these instances we recommend that you visit you local GUM clinic where a full venous blood draw can be taken for testing.
