Changes to service over festive period

Important Festive Update

As we approach the festive period, our services will continue to operate, but processing and delivery times will be longer than usual due to seasonal demand and postal delays. To avoid disruption, we strongly recommend placing your order as soon as possible. While test kits and results remain available throughout the holidays, ordering early is the best way to ensure you receive what you need in time.

Please note that our clinical, laboratory, and warehouse teams will be unavailable on 25th December, 26th December, and 1st January, which will impact turnaround times.

Emergency Contraception – Time-Sensitive

Delivery service ends at 16:00 on Monday 22nd December and resumes at 09:00 on 2nd January. Dispense & Collect will be unavailable from 12:00 on 24th December and resumes:

09:00–12:00, 29th–31st December

Then unavailable again until 09:00 on 2nd January.

The EC service is fully closed:

12:00 on 24th December – 09:00 on 29th December

12:00 on 31st December – 09:00 on 2nd January

Routine Contraception

Please allow an extra 2–3 days for processing during the festive period. Orders may take up to 5 days to arrive. Place your order now to ensure continuity over Christmas and New Year.

Chlamydia Services

We will continue to treat positive infections. No prescribing or results will be issued on 25th December, 26th December, or 1st January. All orders will be received, but processing and dispatch may take an additional 48–72 hours.

Alternative Support

You can also access support via your local pharmacy, sexual health clinic, GP surgery, or NHS walk-in centre. Please check opening times in advance, as availability may be limited.

Thank you for choosing us. Ordering now is the best way to ensure uninterrupted care over the festive period, and we look forward to supporting you in 2026.
